Non-custodial USDC payouts for creator-economy agencies

The payout rail nobody can freeze. Including us.

Pay 200 people across the world in USDC with one signature. The money never leaves your vault until you sign. We prepare the batch, you release it, receipts and accounting exports come with it.

The thing you already lived through

You have already lost a payout rail. Probably more than one.

Not a hypothetical risk. A Tuesday morning where 60 people are waiting to be paid and the dashboard says account under review.

Wise · Payoneer

Your industry is banned in their own terms of service.

Which means every month you run is a month on borrowed time. The freeze isn't a risk, it's a schedule nobody shared with you.

Paxum · Cosmo

They accept you, and they hold the money.

Custodial by design: the balance sits with them, freezable at will. $50 wires, ~3.5% on FX, and support that answers when it answers.

USDT over Telegram

Nothing to freeze, and nothing to show your accountant.

200 copy-pastes at 2am, no receipts, no reconciliation, one wrong character away from money that never comes back.

How it works

We prepare the batch. You sign it. That's the whole product.

01

Drop the CSV

Export from your CRM or spreadsheet, or push it through the API. Every recipient registered their own destination through a private link, so you never chase wallet addresses.

02

See the simulation

Exact amounts, exact fees, duplicates and bad destinations flagged before anything moves. Nothing is irreversible yet.

03

Sign once

One signature from your own vault releases all 200 payments. Until that moment the funds sit where they have always sat: with you.

04

Get the paper trail

Per-recipient receipts, an on-chain reference for each line, and a bookkeeping export your accountant can actually import.

Custody

Nobody holds your money. That is the feature.

Every provider on this page can be described in one line: who is holding the money while it waits. Everything else is a preference.

We are an orchestrator, not a wallet. We build the transaction, you authorise it from your own vault, the chain settles it directly to your team.

Pricing

The number, on the page.

1%of volume paid out

Plus the network fee, which is cents. No monthly platform fee, no per-recipient charge, no FX spread, no minimum.

$100,000 paid out → $1,000 + ~$2 network
Invoiced separately by bank transfer
Never deducted from your payout flow

Nothing is taken out of the money in transit.

Your team receives the exact figure on the line. Our invoice arrives at the end of the month, like any supplier.

Compare it against what you pay now.

200 recipients through a custodial processor: roughly $3,500 in FX on $100k, plus wire fees. We'll do that maths with you on the call, with your last real batch.

First two batches are free.

Run a small test batch, then a real one. If the receipts and the exports don't hold up, you owe nothing and you keep the files.

Worst case

The questions we would ask us.

01

What if Rayll gets hacked?

There is no balance of yours to steal. We never hold your funds, and we cannot move them. A payout only exists once you sign it from your own vault. An attacker inside our systems could see batch data and try to alter a draft; that is why the simulation shows you every destination and amount before you sign, and why we support a second approver.

02

What if Rayll disappears tomorrow?

Your vault, your funds and your recipient list stay yours; you can pay the same people without us the same day, manually or with any other tool. Your data is exportable at any time in one click, not on request. Losing us costs you convenience, not money.

03

What if you get sued, or de-banked?

We are a software company that never touches client funds, so there is no pot for anyone to seize and no balance to lock. Our own banking covers our invoices, not your payouts. If our bank drops us tomorrow, your batches still settle.

04

What if someone on my team loses the key?

This is the real risk in a non-custodial setup, and we won't pretend otherwise. We set you up multi-signature: two or three holders, a spending threshold, a documented recovery path, so one lost device is an inconvenience, not a wipe-out. We walk through it before your first batch, not after.

05

What if I send to a wrong address?

On-chain, that money is gone, and nobody can reverse it, including us. That is why recipients register their own destination through their own link, why every new destination is flagged on its first run, and why the simulation makes you confirm the diff against last month before you sign.

06

Do my people have to understand crypto?

They open a link, choose how they want to receive, and get paid. Most pick a local off-ramp in their own country; some keep USDC. Nobody on your side needs to learn anything beyond signing one transaction a month.

Bring your last real batch to the call.

Fifteen minutes. We take one month of your actual payouts, price it, and show you the exact flow. If it isn't better than what you run today, we'll tell you.
