Do I need to understand crypto?
No. You sign in with your email, your vault is created with Face ID or Windows Hello, and there is no seed phrase and no gas token to buy. Payday is a list, a preview and one signature. The chain is our job.
Do my creators have to understand crypto?
They open a link, choose how they want to receive, and get paid. Most pick a local off-ramp in their own country; some keep USDC. Nobody on your side needs to learn anything beyond signing once per batch.
How do I get USDC into the vault?
One transfer. The vault has an address, the way an account has an IBAN. Send USDC to it from the exchange or provider you already use and the balance shows in your dashboard within a minute. Fund it once a month or top it up before each batch, no minimum, no lock-up.
What if someone on my team loses the key?
This is the real risk in a non-custodial setup, and we won't pretend otherwise. We set you up multi-signature: two or three holders, a spending threshold, a documented recovery path, so one lost device is an inconvenience, not a wipe-out. We walk through it before your first batch, not after.
What if I send to a wrong address?
On-chain, that money is gone, and nobody can reverse it, including us. That is why recipients register their own destination through their own link, why every new destination is flagged on its first run, and why the simulation makes you confirm the diff against last month before you sign.
What if Rayll disappears tomorrow?
Your vault, your funds and your recipient list stay yours; you can pay the same people without us the same day, manually or with any other tool. Your data is exportable at any time in one click, not on request. Losing us costs you convenience, not money.
